Shipping Returns and Exchanges:

In the event you are returning or exchanging an item, the required process during the 30 day period is as follows:

• Contact our Customer Relationship Team at either 866.808.5595 or info@kimemories.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable.
• Include a copy of the original invoice.
• Include the Return Authorization Number.
• Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit. If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please provide instructions that you would like a credit card refund, the credit card number and expiration date as we do not keep this information on file. If your credit card number is not included with the return or you paid using an alternate method, you will be issued a store credit. You may also choose to call in your credit card information after you have been notified (via email) of the receipt of your return. Returns are processed within 14 business days. All returned items must be received by KI Memories in the same condition as when the items were shipped.

For your security, please return product with an insured courier (ie: FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt.
KI Memories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
